Adecco is assisting one of well-known IT Solutions company in hiring Presales Solution Architect Lead role.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Presales Solutions Architect role with following details:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and performance coaching.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Experienced in IT solutions, services, or technology sectors.
- Experiences in sales team leadership or management roles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
