Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrative Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing daily office operations, and supporting various HR processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and manage employee files and records.


• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.


• Manage employee attendance and leave records.


• Handle office supplies procurement and inventory.


• Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:


• Associate degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Fresh graduates are welcome.


• 
Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese is required.


• Proficient in MS Office suite.
