Mission:

  • Scale branch network and ensure teacher quality.
  • Help grow franchise schools/branches to achieve student target by ensuring teacher and assistant teacher availability.
  • Teacher assessment & interview.

Job Description:

Business Development:

  • Run end-to-end franchise process: respond to franchisee/partner —> site assessment —> recruitment, training, and pre-opening checklist —> agreement —> opening
  • New-branch launch: timelines & progress tracking, staff hiring, marketing
  • Branch workshops: workshop calendar for all branches (activities for students) + make PPT for workshops and prepare materials needed
  • Student performances: Partner with malls/schools for student performances 1-2 times a year
  • Work with our marketing team and review Mandarin language marketing contents

Teacher Quality Control & Monitoring

  • Teacher KPI review: monthly teacher scorecard
  • Branch visit to audit teacher quality
  • Point out teachers' mistakes and variables for improvement

Recruitment

  • End-to-end teacher recruitment process: job ads, CV screen, outreach, assessment, interview, recruitment
  • Standardize teacher hiring process
  • Mandarin proficiency checks

Teacher Availability

  • 0% Class Cancellation
  • Step in as a short-term substitute when needed so classes never stop

Working Hour:

  • Monday to Thursday 12:45 to 20:30
  • Friday 11:45 to 19:00
  • Saturday 08:45 to 15:00
  • Jakarta & Occasionally outside Jakarta

Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Chinese Language / Business Management
  • ⁠HSK 6
  • Strong Indonesian & Mandarin communication (English is a plus)
  • Experienced in Management
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • ⁠Substitute teaching occasionally
  • Under 35 Y.O

Salary and Bonus:

  • Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000
