Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be key in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the software/technology industry
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their benefits for businesses
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and other tools related
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Fluent in English is a plus
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development or sales roles
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or ERP-related products
- Strong network within the enterprise software or technology space
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively
Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the ERP software market
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and key industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients
- Meet with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored ERP solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement lead-generation strategies
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance, trends, and market developments
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure client needs are met
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand business connections
- Prepare and present monthly reports on business development activities to senior leadership
- Continually refine and improve the sales pitch and approach based on client feedback and market conditions
