About the rolePT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor (Apoteker) to join our dynamic team in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a contract role, offering the chance to contribute to the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations of our growing company.
What you’ll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day production activities to ensure efficient, safe and compliant manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production workflows, identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Oversee the work of production teams, providing guidance, training and performance management.
- Ensure production activities adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to optimise operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules.
- Degree in Pharmacy with a valid Apoteker license.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production supervisor or management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Supervisor Production Planning Control – Indonesia Job Qualification- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the tobacco industry. Have Basic Export‑Import Knowledge.
- Have a high dedication and motivation related to Manufacture process.
- Able to communicate in English (written & conversation).
- Able to manage related manufacture process.
- Competence in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MES, SAP).
- Excellent communication and coordination.
- Review, observe and prepare to provide new machine and other equipment purchasing and plan to increase capacity.
- Review infrastructure improvement plan and strategic based on company directions.
- Monitor the daily production report and progress of Export brands and new brands.
- Prepare & reporting manufacture production plan, strategic based on company directions, and Manpower.
- Prepare improvement action plan according to the data of Productivity, OEE, Manufacture Cost, and Manpower.
