  • Ensureallprocessesofrecording,controlling,andreportingofallteamswillbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththerulesandstandardsthatapplyinAccounting,Finance,Taxes,InternalControl,DocumentControl.
  • Review,analyze,andmakecorrectiveactionsonanalysisreportandactualactivitiestotheBoardsofDirectors.
  • Establishshort-termandlong termstrategictoachievecompanytargetswiththeeffectiveandefficiencyinallactivities.
  • Controllinganddevelopallteamtoworkaccordingtotheirrespectivetasks.
  • CheckandensuretheaccuracyoftheFinancialStatementsforMonthlyClosing,QuarterlyClosing,andYearlyClosing.
  • ControllingBusinessPlan,Forecast,ActualFinancialReport.
  • ControllingTaxesmatter(CorporateIncomeTaxesandDeferredTaxesAsset).
  • CheckthesummaryoftheFinancialStatementsandreporttotheBoardsofDirectorsandHeadQuarter.
  • ControllingtreasuryandcashflowactivitieswithlocalbankandPanasonicTreasuryGroup.
  • InsurancecontrolandhandleintheeventofForceMajeure.
  • EstablishandcontrollingInternalControlProject.
  • EstablishandcontrollingDocumentControlProject.
  • CheckandApproveChangesforMaterial,IndirectMaterial,andFinishGood.
  • HandlingInternalandExternalAudit(TaxAudit,FinancialAudit,ManagementAudit).

Notes: The position is similar to Senior Manager level. WillundertakeAccountingdepartment,consistedof13staff(s),andseveralsub-departmentssuchasFAT,InternalControlandDocumentControl.

Requirements
  • Bachelor/master'sdegreeinEconomic/Finance
  • Experience
    •10+yearsinManageriallevel( Manufacturingfinancialmanagementandaccounting)
  • Leadershipexperience,skillsandknowledge
  • ProficiencyinEnglishandMicrosoft365
  • Havearelatedcertificationinfinance
