Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, project management, marketing, or B2B account management is required.
- Preferably from a data center or IT company.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), cloud computing, and communication systems.
- Skilled in creating technical documents such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Possession of a valid Class A and Class C driver's license is a plus.
Job Description:
- Analyze customer technical needs and design ICT solutions, including networking, cloud, and communication systems.
- Prepare technical proposals, BoQ, and supporting documents for tenders or client presentations.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions for potential clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure solution success.
- Collaborate with the technical team to effectively close deals and implement solutions.
- Regularly visit assigned or potential clients to maintain communication and promote the company's products and services.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to convert leads into sales and ensure timely client payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Work as part of a team to plan and develop effective sales strategies, including setting goals and targets.
- Use deep understanding of client business needs and technology-specific solutions to craft tailored recommendations.
- Prepare and submit monthly activity and performance reports.
