We are seeking Operational Accounting Staff to monitor and track operational changes during project performance periods.
This role connects operations and finance by ensuring that every change in unit quantity, schedule, or location is tracked for its effect on cost and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track logistic services in terms of changes in unit quantity, schedule, and locations according to contract and customer updates across various countries.
- Record and document all changes and updates in detailed reporting.
- Coordinate with both local and overseas operational teams to ensure financial accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Supervise field-held petty cash, ensuring full documentation and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a top accounting school in Indonesia or abroad.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably Managerial Accounting.
- Strong skills in cost monitoring and detailed reporting.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willing to do field operations to acquire accurate data.
- Willing to travel abroad and domestically.
