Educational Background:
Final Year or Currently pursuing a degree in Business / Retail Management / Merchandising / Fashion Business or a related filed.
Other Qualifications:
• Strong interest for retail / merchandising
• Able to use / operate Microsoft Excel ( must be able to use VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / PIVOT TABLE )
• Detail-oriented, organized , and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Summary of Duties:
- Assist in administrative tasks ( but not limited to ) such as :
• Maintaining merchandising files
• Purchase orders preparation,
• Incoming shipment tracking - Support the allocation of products to stores based on sales performance and stock needs.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional campaigns and new product launches (by online / offline)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing , Allocator, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Finance, and others)
