Responsibilities
  • Conduct visits, education, and acquisition of potential agents/partners in the assigned area.
  • Maintain, educate, and actively improve relationships with existing agents.
  • Monitor and analyze agent performance within the area of responsibility to drive growth.
  • Implement targeted and strategic sales initiatives to meet performance goals.
  • Increase the overall productivity and usage rate of the platform by agents.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
