Responsibilities
- Conduct visits, education, and acquisition of potential agents/partners in the assigned area.
- Maintain, educate, and actively improve relationships with existing agents.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance within the area of responsibility to drive growth.
- Implement targeted and strategic sales initiatives to meet performance goals.
- Increase the overall productivity and usage rate of the platform by agents.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
