Requirements :

Min. S1 graduate with any major (preferable in Export, Import / Freight Fowarding)
More than 5 years of Freight forwarding experience
English is mandatory
Deep understanding of Freight Forwarding business and Import & Export Custom Process
Deep understanding of Import regulations (Bea Cukai, LS, SNI, PIBB, SKI etc)
Excellent communication skills to interact with Overseas partner, Clients and Customs officers
Placement in Ciracas Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur

Job Description

Management of Import and export transportation (Sea & Air) with Clients and Partners
Checking import/export permits and customs clearance process including HS Code, shipping documents and special documents
Checking shipping documents, especially PIB before submission
Sharing and update export/import & customs regulations
Resolving issues that may arise in the custom process
Communicate and collaborate effectively with Client & Customs officers
Regularly update the team with relevant information of changes to customs regulations and shipping documentation.
