We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to support our Human Resources department. The role will provide hands-on experience in HR administration and people operations, while assisting with daily HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Help with onboarding processes such as preparing employee documents, collecting required forms, and orientation support.
- Assist in HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support payroll administration tasks by compiling attendance and leave data.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Internship duration: 3–6 months (with possibility of extension).
