"IT Business Analyst "
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
- Minimum 1 yr. experiences for Junior and 3 yrs. experience for middle as a business analyst in financial service industry is preferable
- Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and arrange system setting
- Basic understanding of project management and reporting
- Good knowledge on SQL
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
- Strong knowledge in supply chain finance
- Experience in loan product implementation is preferable
- In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ABLE TO JOIN ASAP/ IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Support system development and enhancement by analyzing product specification document
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure and applications
- Collaborate with system developers to determine required system change to support the enhancement
- Work with QA team & business users to validate system delivery against requirement
- Manage and track end-to-end system enhancement delivery from start into completion
