Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees, to ensure workforce readiness and meet staffing needs.
- Oversee payroll processes and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs (including salary reviews, bonuses, and social security programs like BPJS in Indonesia).
- Design, implement, and evaluate performance management systems (e.g., KPIs, appraisals) and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving disputes, and negotiating with labor unions if present.
- Ensure full compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and safety standards (such as K3/OSHA in Indonesia). Manage legal documentation and maintain good relationships with government agencies.
- Supervise general affairs operations, including managing facilities, security, maintenance, transportation, cleanliness, and procurement of office supplies to support operational efficiency.
- Manage HR documentation and personnel files, prepare regular HRGA reports (e.g., headcount, turnover), and monitor budgets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years, with 2-3 years in a managerial role) in HR, with a preference for a manufacturing environment.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and manage a team.
