Detail Job Description
1. Site Development - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to plan and oversee the development of new mining sites. Assist in evaluating operational data to support site layout and design. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during development activities.
Operational Evaluation - Analyze mining operations to assess productivity, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, safety, and environmental compliance. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for site operations.
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize mining and processing workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Lead initiatives for adopting new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track their effectiveness.
Documentation and Reporting - Prepare detailed reports, including site evaluations, project updates, and improvement outcomes. Maintain accurate records of operational data and project milestones.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Support the management team in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
Skill Requirement Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mining, commercial, statistics)
Expertise in project & strategy management
Proven experience in data management, data analytics and business intelligence.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Having profiency in data visualization tools and technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
