Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or above majoring engineering or related major
  • Work experience: rich knowledge of quality management and statistical methods
  • Training experience: electric meter international standards, enterprise standards, industry standards training
    Energy meter technology, energy meter working principle training :
    Quality tools and techniques: 8D/MSA/APQP/FMEA/SPC
    Quality qualification acknowledged by public institute
  • Has knowledge Quality five tools, QC seven techniques
  • Organization and coordination ability: able to organize and coordinate the work of various departments of the company, so that all departments are in a good state of operation
  • Communication skills : good communication with internal departments, team spirit, Maintain good communication and cooperation with external customers, English speaking (Must)

Job Descriptions:

  • Set up organizational structure, formulate responsibilities and KPI, conduct guidance and assessment;
  • Guidance, incentive, training and other ways to train quality team.
  • Incoming quality management
  • Incoming quality management plan and implement
  • Incoming inspection and problem solvment
  • Incoming quality improvement and supplier management
  • Process and output quality management
  • Monitor and control process and 5M1E change, problem handling and improvement
  • Set and conduct process spot-check items, criteria and method. Push problem solvment in process.
  • Set and conduct output spot-check items, criteria and method. Push problem solvment in output inspection.
  • Organize continuous quality improvement activities in whole production flow.
  • Customer quality management
  • Understand, transfer and imply quality standard required by customer.
  • Deal with customer complain, organize internal team to do investment, analysis and take corrective or preventive action, form problem investment report and provide it to customer (like: 8D report)
  • Form lesson learn from customer complain, organize continuous improvement activities and solidify the action.
  • Settle quality control process and push it's implement.
  • Check and assess the implement status of factory management system.
  • Be responsible for audit by customer, third party and public institute.
  • Control documents relevant to quality and review factory files will be changed.
