- Record general journal entries related to fixed asset purchases.
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries for inventory, prepaid expenses, and advance
payments.
• Assist in preparing journal entries for General Ledger (GL) adjustments as required for audit
reports or management purposes.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing of financial documents.
• Perform scanning and digital archiving of accounting documents.
• Provide general administrative support for the Finance & Accounting Department
Job Qualifications:
