  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for each brand, including campaign plans, marketing calendars, and full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Conduct in-depth market research on the latest trends, competitors, and consumer insights to define effective brand positioning.
  • Determine target audiences and create content strategies that align with each brand's unique character.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of KOL and influencer collaborations, from scouting and negotiation to performance evaluation.
  • Develop and grow affiliate programs on e-commerce platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop, including recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Generate detailed reports on the effectiveness and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of all KOL and affiliate partnerships.Collaborate with the ads team (or directly execute) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize the digital marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly reports that include key metrics such as ROAS, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), engagement rates, and sales performance from KOLs/Affiliates.
  • Create clear and structured briefs for the creative team (copywriters, designers, videographers) to ensure high-quality content production.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone of voice and storytelling across all content assets.

Requirements :

  • 22–35 years old.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a background in Marketing, Communication, or Management.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing or brand strategist role.
  • Strong understanding of funneling concepts, growth marketing, and the consumer journey.
  • Proficiency in managing KOLs, affiliate programs, and ad campaigns on platforms such as Shopee/TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Data-driven, creative, and able to develop actionable strategies for a team.
  • Possesses a growth mindset and is ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
