We're looking for a
Website Maintenance & Technical Support (WFH)
who will make sure Billstone's website runs smoothly, fast, and secure.
From updating plugins and troubleshooting bugs to optimizing performance, you'll handle all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our digital presence running flawlessly.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain website performance by updating plugins, themes, and monitoring uptime
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues (front-end & back-end)
- Optimize page speed, caching, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage hosting, domain, SSL, and backups
- Support marketing needs: update landing pages, banners, and content
- Respond quickly to urgent issues (SLA 1–2 hours)
- Recommend improvements for website security and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing WordPress (plugins, themes, systems)
- Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic–intermediate understanding of PHP/JS troubleshooting
- Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, caching, and page speed
- Familiarity with hosting management (cPanel, DNS, SSL, security)
- Able to create or adjust landing pages and understand basic UI/UX flow
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable when issues arise
