As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a proactive and innovative Production Engineer to join our Engineering & Production team.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and control daily production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine or process issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and update production layouts, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Production teams on new product trials and process validation.
• Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, production planning, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
