Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Benefits Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Employee Benefits Specialist will be responsible for marketing employee benefits products, managing employee benefits programs, administering benefits packages, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include selling employee benefits products, evaluating and selecting insurance plans, conducting employee benefits orientations, and handling inquiries related to benefits. Additionally, the role involves managing accounts and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing of Employee Benefits' Products
  • Knowledge of Insurance and related regulations
  • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant certifications in employee benefits or insurance are a plus
