Min. 5 - 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team. Having experience in Biotechnology, Food Industry, Fermentation process.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree preferably in Bio Process Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Food Technology/ Microbiology or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Having knowledge of microbiology relating to Fermentation process. Familiar with Food Safety Concept, Safety regulation & implementation.

Skills and Attributes

High level of motivation, open-minded, leadership, clear and appropriate level of communication, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team working attitude and result oriented.

Special Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Data analysis.
