We are looking for a Project Manager & Business Expansion
— a hybrid of strategist, operator, and execution driver — who can turn bold growth ideas into reality. This role manages internal infrastructure projects (systems, ERP, SOPs, dashboards) as well as business expansion projects (new brands, market entry, collaborations, reseller/affiliate platforms).

What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution

  • Translate business expansion goals into concrete projects: brand launches, market entry, platforms, ERP rollout, supply chain scaling, factory setup.
  • Build project charters: scope, deliverables, budget, risks, timeline.
  • Break goals into milestones, align teams, track KPIs, and step in when bottlenecks hit.

Internal Infrastructure Building

  • Design scalable systems: SOPs, process maps (finance, HR, supply chain, inventory).
  • Manage digital transformation projects (ERP, CRM, dashboards).
  • Standardize documentation and reporting so projects are system-driven, not personality-driven.
  • Ensure integration across commercial, operations, and finance.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Run feasibility studies for new products, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and stress-test ROI models, payback, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure contracts align with company goals.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as the bridge between founders/board and execution teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal + external) through influence and clarity, not just authority.
  • Drive accountability, manage resistance, and align priorities.
  • Deliver sharp updates (dashboards, executive briefs, not bloated reports).

  • 4–6 years in business development or project management with real impact delivered.
  • Skilled in feasibility studies, ROI modeling, and process design.
  • Experienced leading multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic yet hands-on: can plan and execute.
