Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support.
- Supports Business Partners by delivering comprehensive, complete and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making
- Prepares the plan, budget, and forecast with the business partners
- Provides financial tools, monitors and controls capital expenditure spend
- Analyses deviations between Actual, rolling forecast and budget and be proactive in supporting Business Partners in creating plans to close identified gaps and implement improvements.
- Supports Business Partners in cost reduction process improvement initiatives
- Report and drive actions relevant to NWC and respective KPI's
- Manages and empowers direct reports to manage the day-to-day aspects of the processes
- Enforce internal controls that adhere to corporate policies and guidelines as well as local laws
- Delivers effective, timely communication on all relevant issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies and manages continuous improvement initiatives for the Controlling function
- Support Business Partners in review and analysis of financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
- Assesses financial contracts / tender orders from a cost and risk perspective
- Ensure adherence to cost calculation standards in pre-calc
- Establish meaningful KPIs and manage tracking and monitoring process
- Coordinates with Legal to ensure that risk management policies and procedures are implemented and menaced appropriately
- Supports the GPOs in establishing procedures for the Controlling function including selection and implementation of the relevant reporting and tools, promotes sharing of best practices
Minimum Job qualifications
Education requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
• Master degree in related Finance Management would be advantage
Job experience:
• 12-15 years of experience in Finance and Controlling key skills
Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language):
Technical skills
• Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent understanding of integrated ERP, preferably SAP
Language skills
• Fluent English and local language
