Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients (weighing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, tools, and equipment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and baking equipment properly
- Help with storing and labeling ingredients
- Dispose of waste and manage kitchen sanitation following hygiene standards
- Ensure all workstations are clean and ready for use
- Support the baking and packaging process when needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Preferably has experience in a bakery, café, or F&B kitchen (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Able to work neatly, cleanly, and quickly
- Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Willing to work on weekends, or public holidays if needed
