Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients (weighing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, tools, and equipment
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and baking equipment properly
  • Help with storing and labeling ingredients
  • Dispose of waste and manage kitchen sanitation following hygiene standards
  • Ensure all workstations are clean and ready for use
  • Support the baking and packaging process when needed
  • Follow all safety and hygiene procedures in the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
  • Preferably has experience in a bakery, café, or F&B kitchen (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Able to work neatly, cleanly, and quickly
  • Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
  • Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
  • Willing to work on weekends, or public holidays if needed
