As a Property Operations Officer (MEP Engineer), you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all Bliblioneers. By managing our critical HVAC and utility systems, you ensure that our physical workspaces are not just efficient, but also support the well-being and success of our people. Your technical expertise directly contributes to a positive daily experience for every team member, enabling them to do their best work.
What We'll Work on Together
- Develop project plans, budgets, and mechanical drafts for critical HVAC and utility systems.
- Plan and manage MEP projects that create and maintain a safe and comfortable working environment for our teams.
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and quality for our employees.
- Ensure all engineering work is executed to create a reliable and secure workplace that our people can depend on.
- Serve as a technical partner to our internal teams, providing expertise to support their operational needs in our facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our facilities effectively support our people's needs.
- Enforce company procedures to maintain a consistent standard of safety and quality across all our properties.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects. With a demonstrated focus on safety and creating high-quality work environments.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
- Commitment to ownership and a people-first approach to facility operations.
- Experience in warehouse or retail store projects is a strong advantage.
