Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Head located in Greater Surabaya. The MEP Head will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects. Daily tasks include managing MEP systems design and implementation, working closely with architects and contractors, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure project timelines are met. The role also involves managing a team of engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Mechanical Engineering skills
- Project Management and Team Management skills
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role is beneficial
