This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Bandung. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing sales strategies, and managing sales operations to ensure targets are met.

B2B Offline Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Offline & B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in expanding our presence in the offline retail space and developing strong business partnerships (B2B), including corporate clients, distributors, and reseller networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility in retail channels.
  • Build, maintain, and grow B2B partnerships with corporate clients, resellers, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular business visits to key accounts and offline retail partners across the region.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners and clients.

  • Strong existing network in the Bandung or West Java retail / B2B market will be a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willing to travel as needed for client visits and events.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics in Bandung and/or Indonesia to focus on sales expansion.
