Job Description :
1. Project Management & Implementation
- Lead and coordinate assigned OD-related projects (e.g., competency framework, organization restructuring, career pathing, engagement initiatives, change management, etc.).
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data, align expectations, and track progress.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports for management review.
2. Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Support organizational structure review and manpower planning processes.
- Analyze roles, spans, and layers to recommend design improvements that align with business strategy.
- Assist in job evaluation, organization mapping, and productivity studies.
3. Talent & Capability Development
- Support competency framework design, talent assessment, and development planning projects.
- Analyze skill gaps and propose development interventions or programs in collaboration with Learning & Development.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in designing and running employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Support culture initiatives, internal communication, and change management programs.
5. Data Analysis & Insights
- Gather, analyze, and interpret HR/organizational data to support project recommendations.
- Create dashboards or reports to monitor OD program effectiveness and provide insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Organizational Development or HR Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exposure to organizational design, competency modeling, or performance management systems.
- Experience in handling HR digitalization or transformation projects.
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and proactive collaborator.
