Job Description
- Drive & lead end-to-end people search initiatives & projects that lead to a sustainable business process
- Identifying risk and key challenges while and partnering with relevant related stakeholders for mitigation plan to ensure that the project will be completed per agreed timeline and within budget
- Lead strategic & efficient project executions in order to manage people search within the business
- Conduct regular people search process reviews and drive improvements or automation to align with the business objectives
- Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders from different teams/departments to complete the projects
- Drive upward communications on the project progress & regular project reports to the upper management
- Present and conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, HR consulting or strategy background
- Have good consulting skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
- High attention to details
- Good structural and critical thinking structure, and decent logic, good with numbers
- Agile and have high initiative to drive and lead on tasks and projects
- Able to manage pressure in a dynamic environment and agile
