Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Support
    • Respond to WhatsApp and phone chats during business hours
    • Register new leads, assign to the right team
    • Send updates and reminders (WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
  • Sales & Admin Coordination
    • Follow up with leads, reschedule sessions, support upselling
    • Update client data (Google Sheets / CRM) Coordinate with instructors & internal teams
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
