Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Support
- Respond to WhatsApp and phone chats during business hours
- Register new leads, assign to the right team
- Send updates and reminders (WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
- Sales & Admin Coordination
- Follow up with leads, reschedule sessions, support upselling
- Update client data (Google Sheets / CRM) Coordinate with instructors & internal teams
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
