Responsibilities:

  • Lead full HR operations for both expatriate and local staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage and coordinate work permit processes (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA) and other immigration requirements for foreign hires in compliance with Indonesian labor and immigration laws.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and partners to ensure compliance in all expatriate employment matters.
  • Design and implement a performance management system that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local legal standards and global best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to support organizational development and a positive work environment.
  • Provide expert guidance to leadership on HR matters, including labor law compliance, contract structuring, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and manage accurate employee records, contracts, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.
  • Proven experience in the education field is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate employment procedures (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA, and reporting requirements).
  • Demonstrated experience working with international staff and navigating cross-cultural workplace dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
