Job Description :
- Establish, control and reduce operational cost (fix & variable cost) to achieve target cost ratio (comparation of total cost with value output production).
- Implement and monitoring of food safety & pharmacy quality management.
- Implement and monitoring of health, environment and safety measured by achievements of safety TRIR.
- Ensure 5S implemented well in daily operations.
- Coordinating & alignment with supply & demand division to make production planning (by ensure & check readiness of raw material, packaging material and finished good availability) and achieve target measured by Performance to Planning (PTP).
- Increase efficiency and productivity by decrease rejection rate, reduce labor cost, increase PTP, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all machines, equipment's & utilities are in good condition by conduct preventive maintenance.
- Mapping between skill competencies and job function in organization structure, motivate subordinates, provide leadership, and conduct development / training as required to achieve the objective coordinated with HR.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in the food & beverage manufacturing industry.
- Operational, production, and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of quality standards, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), or other food safety standards.
- Expertise in raw material procurement management, supply chain management, and production efficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
