Job Responsibilities

· Handle permits & licenses (OSS, NIB, LKPM, SIINAS, and another company & expatriate permits).

· Liaise with government, notary & authorities for company compliance.

· Ensure compliance with labor law, BPJS, K3, tax, and industrial zone rules.

· Support HR operations & administration.

· Manage General Affairs: facilities, vehicles, office supplies, security, and assets.

· Provide compliance reports and recommendations to management on potential risks and improvements

· Support & Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

· Max. 45 Years old

· Bachelor's degree in Law/HR/Business Administration.

· Min. 3 years in HRGA, mainly compliance & licensing.

· Strong knowledge of labor law, HR regulations, and OSS system.

· Experienced in permits: company, operation, expatriate, BPJS, industrial zone, etc.

· Skilled in organization, documentation, and compliance audit.

· Experience in manufacturing/industrial zone companies.

· Familiar with bonded-zone / KITE compliance requirements.

· Able to design and conduct compliance training.

· Good communication with authorities.

· Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Fluent in English.
