Key Responsibility:

  • Own the
    media plan & organize budget
    given by Head of Marcomm (or propose at the best practice to achieve the target - seasonal occasion in this case) across digital, TV, and OOH.
  • Hit
    awareness
    at best cost (
    views/GRPs; CPM/CPV
    ) and
    monthly unique reach ≥45%
    .
  • Link media to
    sales
    with clear reports; lead team/agencies; enforce
    brand safety
    and
    anti fraud mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years
    end-to-end media planning & buying for consumer brands in Indonesia;
    3–5+ years
    people management (leading specialists & agencies, being manager).
  • Hands-on
    digital dashboard expertise
    : Google/Meta/TikTok Ads;
    programmatic
    (DV360);
    KOL/influencer
    strategy incl. tiering, contracts, whitelisting; basic affiliate/creator commerce - for KOC/KOS).
  • Television
    : loose spot &
    drama built-in
    planning/buying; GRP planning,
    CPRP optimization
    , daypart/program selection, post-buy report from agency.
  • OOH/DOOH
    : site scoring, corridor SOV planning, rotation specs, vendor negotiation (experienced in dealing with vendor and procurement team).
  • Measurement & analytics: dashboarding (Looker/Data Studio/Sheets/Excel - having skillset in data correlation - regressions). Able to make a justified report based on findings/data processed and visualized it.
  • Bilingual:
    Bahasa Indonesia & English
    (concise, able to speak for any stakeholder, for marketer and non marketer point of view).

Strongly Preferred Background

  • Brand-side FMCG/CPG
    experience (direct ownership of brand media + sales linkage)
    or
    top-tier agency background
    handling CPG brands
    with budget authority.
  • Proven delivery of
    monthly unique reach in media investment.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's in
    Management, Communication Science, Accounting, or Business Administration
    (also welcome: Economics/Statistics/Industrial Engineering).
  • Preference
    not
    for Literature/Education majors
    unless
    backed by a strong, directly relevant media track record.
