Brief Job Description:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives;
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including planning, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation;
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure a sustainable and competitive supply base;
  • Lead price and contract negotiations to achieve optimal terms and cost savings;
  • Collaborate with internal related departments to ensure procurement operational needs;
  • Monitor market trends, material prices, and supply risks to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making;
  • Develop and implement supplier development programs to improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency;
  • Manage procurement budget and track cost-saving initiatives;
  • Utilize procurement systems and data analytics to enhance efficiency and transparency;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.

General Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing a small to medium-sized team;
  • Good ability of written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Specific Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or chemical/lubricant industries;
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic procurement, including supplier development, category management, and cost optimization;
  • Deep understanding of material markets relevant to chemical / lubricants (base oils, additives, and packaging materials);
  • Experience in developing long-term supplier partnerships and managing international sourcing;
  • Familiar with import/export procedures, local procurement regulations, and sustainability practices;
  • Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat
