We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can lead with warmth, energy, and precision — someone who knows how to balance hospitality and hustle.
What You'll Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experience.
- Supervise and motivate the service and bar team to deliver Sicile's signature hospitality — relaxed yet refined.
- Maintain service flow, table rotation, and overall guest satisfaction during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination in menu and timing.
- Handle reservations, VIP guests, and special events with a personal touch.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily/monthly reports.
- Uphold Sicile's brand standards in ambience, service, and presentation.
Who You Are
- Have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (Italian / Mediterranean / casual fine dining preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills — approachable, adaptable, and positive.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A people-person who thrives in a lively, social environment.
- Have a great sense of rhythm — you know when to lead, and when to let the room breathe.
