As a City Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing store operations, and managing dealer relationships within your assigned city. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and execution skills to ensure Xiaomi's business growth across smartphone, tablet, and AIoT categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sell-thru and sell-out performance for smartphones, tablets, and wearables within the assigned area;
- Execute IHS and Champion projects to enhance brand visibility and market share;
- Monitor stock levels and Days of Sales (DOS) to ensure healthy inventory rotation;
- Implement NPL programs, store activities, and marketing programs according to company strategy;
- Manage and resolve payment, store, and dealer-related issues in a timely manner;
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure stock availability and smooth product flow;
- Conduct competitor monitoring and market intelligence reporting;
- Prepare sales forecasts and develop action plans for the next month;
- Manage dealer performance and strengthen long-term business partnerships;
- Work closely with the Xiaomi Channel Team to align city-level execution with national strategy.
Preferred:
- Have 8 years of experience in sales or retail management, including managerial-level experience;
- Preferably with experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry;
- Strong understanding of channel management and dealer operations.
