- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.
- Prepare and update production layout, manpower planning, and time studies.
- Support product and process development from trial to mass production.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance and utilization.
- Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations for management decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Able to communicate in English or Mandarin (advantage).
