Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to guide executive decision-making.
- Establish and maintain partnerships, manage and grow relationships with partners and merchants.
- Lead team in developing and implementing strategies for new products and services.
- Identify and pursue potential business deals and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth through campaigns and distribution channel.
- Analyze market and competitor data to develop unique selling propositions.
- Improve business performance based on data analysis.
- Manage internal departments and ensure team represents the company effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record (8+ years) in business development, sales leadership, or corporate strategy, preferably in Tech, Startup, Retail, F&B, voucher & gift industries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-initiative and execution-focused.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
