Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to guide executive decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships, manage and grow relationships with partners and merchants.
  • Lead team in developing and implementing strategies for new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue potential business deals and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth through campaigns and distribution channel.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to develop unique selling propositions.
  • Improve business performance based on data analysis.
  • Manage internal departments and ensure team represents the company effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record (8+ years) in business development, sales leadership, or corporate strategy, preferably in Tech, Startup, Retail, F&B, voucher & gift industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-initiative and execution-focused.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
