Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain a high level of store appearance and visual merchandising standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Fluent in English IS A MUST (written and spoken)
3+ years of retail management experience
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
