Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team on a full remote basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications, and optimizing system performance to meet business requirements. This role is critical in supporting our ongoing digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features based on business needs
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing modules
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Optimize performance and scalability of Odoo applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide technical support and training to users when necessary
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, etc.)
- Experience with Odoo versions 12 and above
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Good understanding of business workflows in ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
