Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Japanese language proficiency certification (
JLPT N2 or higher
)
is required. Applicants with
JLPT N3 may apply if they have work experience in Japan
. - Good communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Willing to travel for project supervision when required.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge or interest in bread, pastry, or baking processes is a plus.
Job Description
- Supervise the technical execution of the business development projects in accordance with established plans.
- Manage administrative and documentation processes related to business development projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the execution of business development projects.
- Support the final evaluation process and facilitate the handover of project results to Management.
- Provide technical assistance in the planning and implementation of new business development initiatives.
