Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
Japanese language proficiency certification (
JLPT N2 or higher
)
is required. Applicants with
JLPT N3 may apply if they have work experience in Japan
.
Good communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Willing to travel for project supervision when required.
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge or interest in bread, pastry, or baking processes is a plus.

Job Description

Supervise the technical execution of the business development projects in accordance with established plans.
Manage administrative and documentation processes related to business development projects.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the execution of business development projects.
Support the final evaluation process and facilitate the handover of project results to Management.
Provide technical assistance in the planning and implementation of new business development initiatives.
