Job Description:

  • Conduct on-site training sessions covering technical skills and operational standards for project teams and workers.
  • Develop and organize training syllabi, build internal SMEs, and identify suitable external trainers when needed.
  • Ensure full compliance, supervision, and enforcement of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Control and manage project performance according to QCDSM metrics (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale).
  • Manage the Training Academy, Estimation, and Quality Management functions to ensure project readiness, accurate costing, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and execute project improvement strategies including efficiency, safety, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Supervise technical planning, progress monitoring, and problem-solving on site.
  • Ensure all technical reports, documentation, and evaluations are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Foster collaboration, leadership, and a results-driven culture across project teams.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Occupational Health & Safety (K3) certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, site supervision, or technical coordination.
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or developing field teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true "people person."
  • Technically proficient in project planning, quality control, and SOP implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Driven by challenges with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Willing to be hands-on and frequently visit project sites.
  • Able to travel or mobilize to various project locations for supervision and control.
