Job Description:

Support the implementation of digital initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with defined business capabilities and transformation priorities
Coordinate the documentation and maintenance of digital architecture artifacts, including process diagrams, data catalogs, application inventories, and integration matrices
Conduct digital readiness assessments and utilization tracking, helping to evaluate system performance, user adoption, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate digital training programs and workshops, assist in nurturing digital talent, and promote the application of modern methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking) and technologies

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical/ Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics, or Business
Having 2 years experience in Digitalization/Digital Transformation, Automation, Data Analytics, Business System Analysis, Product Management, or Process Improvement (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in digital transformation lifecycle and/or Manufacturing Digital Systems (MES, SCADA, etc.)
Proficient in documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, , Miro, etc.)
Knowledge of data analytics, Agile Project Management, and Design Thinking methodologies
Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, tableau, looker studio, excel, etc.), collaboration tools (Notion, Confluence, Asana, etc.), and ERP systems
Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) are preffered
Detail-oriented and systematic thinker
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
Adaptable and eager to learn emerging technologies
Initiative-driven, collaborative, and capable of independent work
Innovative mindset with continuous improvement orientation
Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.
