Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a transaction advisory firm, investment firm, private equity, or corporate entity handling investment, M&A, business development, or corporate finance.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA charterholder is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the investment process (in coordination with business units and legal teams) and provide updates to the Board / Investment Committee.
- Lead and manage the due diligence process.
- Participate in the negotiation and structuring of transactions.
- Develop and perform financial models and internal valuations.
- Manage the exit process (divestment and other corporate actions).
