As a Social Media Specialist, you will
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectives
  • Create engaging copywriting and captions for all social media platforms
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains ahead of industry developments
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance tracking
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement to maintain active community interaction and positive brand presence
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports
  • Hands‑on experience in managing campaigns, communities, and product launches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of beauty brand tone of voice
  • Highly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideas
  • Fast‑responding, proactive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and platforms
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
