As a Social Media Specialist, you will- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectives
- Create engaging copywriting and captions for all social media platforms
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains ahead of industry developments
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance tracking
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement to maintain active community interaction and positive brand presence
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports
- Hands‑on experience in managing campaigns, communities, and product launches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of beauty brand tone of voice
- Highly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideas
- Fast‑responding, proactive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and platforms
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
