PT China State Construction Overseas Development Shanghai is a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), focusing on Indonesia-based construction and engineering projects. We are looking for talented individuals to join us as an Architect.
Main Responsibility: Responsible for creating innovative, compliant architectural designs and construction drawings while also coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. This role will also support the marketing activities related to the project's architecture.
Placement: Soho Capital - Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. There may be occasional requirements for business travel.
Job Description:
- Develop innovative, feasible architectural design concepts per project requirements and regulations.
- Prepare accurate, complete, and standardized construction drawings, coordinating across disciplines.
- Conduct preliminary research and site investigations to support design work.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address design queries and ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years experience in similar position.
- Have completed Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher education level.
- Fluent in Indonesian (a must) and English/Mandarin (could be either one, but Mandarin is preferred).
- Have strong design, creativity, and aesthetic skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
