Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating business strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, attending networking events, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. The manager will also work to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Experience in creating Business Strategies and conducting Market Research
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Customer Satisfaction and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
