Responsibility :
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Performing routine maintenance and updates on computer systems, servers, and network equipment
- Assisting with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications
- Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address technology-related matters
- Offering Mandarin language support for IT-related communications and interactions
Requirement :
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network technologies
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Skilled in MES System and Microsoft Office
